MCI Mobile is a mobile application, which, once installed onto your supported mobile phone, enables you to:

• access JSE share price data,
• monitor your portfolio,
• create watch-lists,
• setup alerts,
• access news feeds,
• and much more!

all from the convenience of your mobile phone, from virtually anywhere in the world!

How do I get MCI Mobile on my phone?

To access the MCI Mobile application, simply follow these steps:

• check that your device is supported here
• complete the registration form here
• you should then get an SMS (where available) with a download link, select the link on your mobile phone browser
• you will then be prompted to download the application
• launch the application and login with your selected username and password!

 

What does it cost?

Access to the MCI Mobile phone application is currently free!

MCI Mobile uses GPRS / 3G connections to transfer data. GPRS / 3G traffic is charged for, per megabyte, by your mobile service provider. For exact data charges, please contact your service provider directly.

We have kept the amount of data that is being transferred to your phone over the wireless network to a minimum: A watch-list of 10 stocks is approximately 25kb, so at R2.00 per megabyte, that will cost around 5 cents.
